Nondual Recovery
A Unique Invitation & Opportunity
Nondual Recovery (NDR) is a spiritual recovery program, akin to addiction recovery programs like Alcoholics Anonymous or Recovery Dharma. Created by Bohdan Guerra, InterSpiritual Counselor, this program builds off of the work of Nonduality teachers like Fred Davis, Paul Hedderman, and Byron Katie, exploring the intersection of Nondual Spirituality and addiction recovery. Specifically, NDR aims to address substance & behavioral addictions through the lens of Nonduality.
In Nondual Recovery, we approach addiction by unraveling the conditioned belief in being a limited & separate self, revealing our inherent Wholeness that is always already Here, Now.
About the Program
From the perspective of Nondual Recovery, all conventional addictions develop because of the sense of separation. Therefore, addressing the belief in separation is this program's solution for substance and behavioral addictions, as well as our primary addiction to self-centeredness. That being said, this program holds an inclusive attitude toward other recovery avenues, and encourages its members to utilize any resource that they find to be supportive to their recovery and well-being.
This program is not appropriate for individuals seeking to become sober and abstinent, or who are in need of immediate medical and psychological treatment. It is recommended that members establish a minimum of 8 months of stable recovery before utilizing the Nondual Recovery program.

Experiential Modes of Recognition
An Easier, Softer Way
Within the Nondual Recovery program, we sometimes use texts as guiding resources for exploring the intersection between Nonduality and well-being. Boh's new book, An Easier, Softer Way, is the program's latest resource. Through a synthesis of daily contemplation, inquiry, and practical guidance, An Easier, Softer Way provides readers with the opportunity to discover the inherent freedom, peace, and radical authenticity that addressing addiction through Nondual Spirituality uncovers.

"An Easier, Softer Way points us to the heart of reality itself: the recognition that what we are searching for is not missing, that we are already whole, already at home."
-Nic Higham, Non-duality informed psychotherapist.
