Nondual Recovery
Nondual Recovery (NDR) was a spiritual recovery program that aimed to address substance & behavioral addictions through the lens of Nonduality. Those in Nondual Recovery approach addiction by unraveling the conditioned belief in being a limited & separate self, revealing their inherent Wholeness that is always already Here, Now.

As of August 2025, Boh is no longer holding Nondual Recovery meetings. If you are interested in exploring addiction through the lens of Unity and Nonduality, you can do so through one to one Interspiritual Guidance sessions.

"An Easier, Softer Way points us to the heart of reality itself: the recognition that what we are searching for is not missing, that we are already whole, already at home."
-Nic Higham, Non-duality informed psychotherapist.
