Cancellation Policy

Clients are responsible for the payment of these sessions and will do so at the time of scheduling. Clients must understand that once they have submitted payment, there will be no possible refunds for the appointment reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Should there be an emergency, or the client needs to move their session slot, the client will reach out to Bohdan and work with him to reschedule the appointment. ---- Please let me know via e-mail if you are running late for a session. I will wait 10 minutes after the start of your session and then sign off/ leave, if I have not heard from you by then. -Bohdan
