Terms & Conditions
SESSIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Clients are responsible for the payment of these sessions and will do so at the time of scheduling. Clients must understand that once they have submitted payment, there will be no possible refunds for the appointment reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Should there be an emergency, or the client needs to move their session slot, the client will reach out to Bohdan and work with him to reschedule the appointment.

Please let me know via e-mail if you are running late for a session. I will wait 10 minutes after the start of your session and then sign off/ leave, if I have not heard from you by then.

ACCESSIBILITY

There are inherent confidentiality risks in communicating via e-mail. It's recommended that any sensitive or private information be shared with discretion or communicated in person. Please note that Bohdan is available by appointment only and cannot guarantee availability outside of the schedule appointment times. If you are in immediate crisis or in need of emergency services, please contact 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Bohdan will not disclose any information you share during sessions without your consent except if he perceives that
1) You may harm yourself,
2) You may harm someone,
3) Someone may harm you,
4) Information is shared suggesting neglect or abuse to a minor, dependent adult or elder.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

Bohdan cannot ensure the confidentiality of any form of communication through electronic media, including text messages. While Bohdan will try to return messages in a timely manner, he cannot guarantee immediate response and requests that you do not use these methods of communication to discuss personal content or rely on them or his services in any way for emergency situations. Sessions will be held via Zoom, as Bohdan has found this platform to offer the most consistent connection.
CONSENT
It is the client's responsibility to notify Bohdan of any current medical conditions and psychiatric diagnoses.
By agreeing to this form, the client understands that the services provided by Bohdan are intended to help me within the context of spirituality, and any medical or psychiatric issue or condition that occurs during or after these sessions is not Bohdan's responsibility. In addition, Bohdan will not be held liable for any information with held by the client as to the client's medical or emotional conditions. By agreeing to this form, the client will not hold Bohdan Guerra responsible or seek compensation for any injury or illness suffered by the client caused in whole or in part by the client's participation in this session.

MEDICAL/PSYCHIATRIC DISCLAIMER

InterSpiritual Companioning and Nondual Guidance will not interfere or replace traditional medical or psychiatric care but can enhance other medical/psychiatric treatments. Therefore, clients under current medical or psychiatric care should not stop treatments or medication without advice of
their physician/psychiatrist.
By booking services through Remembering Home, LLC., the client understands that Bohdan Guerra is not a medical doctor or licensed psychotherapist.
TERMINATION POLICY

Bohdan may terminate sessions. This may be because Bohdan determined that sessions are not being effectively used, not an appropriate fit, or if you are in default on payment. Bohdan will not terminate without first discussing the reasons and purpose of terminating. You may also decided to terminate sessions at any time; a closure sessions is generally recommended before doing so.
